About these terms

This website is operated by CHAIR Hair Salon of 159 Sutton Road, Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B23 5TN. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it, or that involves automated scraping, security testing or attempts to gain unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photography, graphics and the CHAIR name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it commercially without our written permission.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed a date and time with you by phone or email.

Prices shown on this site are indicative. Hair services are priced according to length, thickness and the time the service takes, and are confirmed at consultation. Beauty treatment prices shown are current at the date of publication and may change.

Consultations, patch tests and results

All new colour clients, and any client who has not had a colour service with us within six months, must have a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. We cannot carry out a colour service without one.

Hair is individual. We give an honest assessment at consultation of what is achievable on your hair, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, particularly where hair has been coloured elsewhere or with box dye. If you are not happy with your service, tell us within seven days and we will put it right.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may ask for a deposit on future bookings after repeated late cancellations or missed appointments. Every professional working at CHAIR is self-employed and keeps their own diary, so please also check any additional booking and cancellation terms given to you by the professional you book with.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or that it will always be available. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where we link to other websites we do so for information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
